‘71® Trella

THE STORY:

“If I could only build one guitar, it would be the ‘71®. This model is a years-long project to redesign the set neck archetype from the ground up with a focus on playability, stability, and a punchy, sustaining tone.”

QUICK SPECS:

The ‘71 is a set neck, 22 fret, 25.5” model with elegant comfort carves and 2 Sully humbuckers. ‘Trella’ is the carved top variety; other ‘71 variants include the Starling and Limited. Now also available in 24.75” scale with Sully Flag headstock: The ‘71 Trella LS!

ASTRO™

THE STORY:

“The Astro™ is a labor of love. Design refinements and modern playability updates quickly turned this tribute to classic rock history into a precision-tuned instrument all its own. It inspires every guitarist a little differently. Pick one up and tell me the first riff you play!”

QUICK SPECS:

The Astro is a set neck, 24 fret, 25.5” model with generous upper fret access. Its carefully designed body balances perfectly, and you can choose a Hipshot hardtail, string-through Tune-o-matic, or Floyd Rose bridge.

Raven

THE STORY:

“You either already love the Raven, or soon will. This is a very ergonomic shape despite its bold look. The Raven dates back to the early days of Sully Guitars and has seen a lot of updates along the way. It’s been a lineup staple and fan-favorite the whole time.”

QUICK SPECS:

The Raven is available as a 6 or 7 string with set neck or bolt on construction and multiple headstock choices. It has 22 frets, a 25.5” scale, and a wide variety of hardware options that make it suitable for any genre of music or type of player.

Concorde®

THE STORY:

“The Concorde© is a long time coming and something I approached with great care and respect to its origins. When I arrived at my final design, I shared it with Grover Jackson, and we agreed the Concorde is a great way to carry his vast legacy forward, with his blessing.”

QUICK SPECS:

The Concorde is a set neck model with a comfortable radiused top that improves ergonomics while maintaining the body’s silhouette. It can be ordered with 22 or 24 frets, 6 or 7 strings, and your choice of Floyd Rose or string-through Tune-o-matic bridge.

Stardust®

THE STORY:

“The Stardust© is the result of applying ‘71 design elements to an offset bolt on design in a clean, modern package. It also had to look like something Bowie would play. I love the final result: it’s no-nonsense and comfortable with a great transient response.”

QUICK SPECS:

The Stardust is a versatile bolt on model available with 22 or 24 frets, 6 or 7 strings, and 25.5” or baritone scale length. Combining a “slab” inspired body with an offset design and aggressive heel contour makes it a stable and reliable instrument for all playing styles.

624™

THE STORY:

“While many other Sully models focus on set necks and bold shapes, I took great care in applying my design philosophy to make this ‘super’ instrument a joy to play with some tricks up its sleeve. If you think the 624™ is up your alley - it is!”

The 624 is a contoured heel bolt on model with 24 frets and a 25.5” scale length; available as a 6 or 7 string, with Raven or Aero headstock, and your choice of Schaller Hannes, Hipshot hardtail, Gotoh 510, or Floyd Rose bridge.

Great pick attack, being able to play the high frets, sunglasses, ‘80s instructional VHS tapes.

624T™

THE STORY:

“The 624T™ may have a ‘T’ in the name, but you won’t find any 3 saddle bridges or pine blanks here! I made this 624-variant as a one-off experiment, and it turned out so well it had to become an official model. It has fantastic bass response.”

The 624 is a contoured heel bolt on model with 24 frets and a 25.5” scale length; available with Raven or Aero headstock, and your choice of Schaller Hannes, Hipshot hardtail, Gotoh 510, or Floyd Rose bridge.

625™

THE STORY:

“The 625™ is a dressed up cousin to the 624 - longer and fuller in the lower bouts for an elegant look perfect for figured tops, while retaining perfect upper fret access. The Raven Traditional headstock brings it all together. This might be my favorite bolt on model.”

The 625 is a contoured heel bolt on model featuring our unique radiused comfort top. It has 24 frets and a 25.5” scale length, with spoke wheel truss rod adjustment and the Raven Traditional headstock.

FOR FANS OF:

Custom finishes, blues with extra notes, good midrange, the smell of rich mahogany.

Revolution™

THE STORY:

“I prioritized designing the Revolution™ because guitarists looking for aggressive shapes often face limited options. Now you can have a fast, metal, and yes ‘pointy’ custom shop guitar spec’d just the way you like it.”

The Revolution is a set neck model with 24 frets and our comfortable radiused top to increase playability without compromising the body’s silhouette. It’s available with a Floyd Rose or string-through Tune-o-matic bridge.

Supernova™

THE STORY:

“The Supernova™ is designed with one mantra: betcha CAN play this! One of the most ergonomic extreme shapes around, the Supernova is a shredder’s dream: well balanced and equally comfortable to play both sitting and standing.”

The Supernova is a well-balanced set neck model with 24 frets and a 25.5” scale, with your choice of Floyd Rose, string-through Tune-o-matic, Hipshot hardtail, or Schaller Hannes bridge.

Sully Basses

THE STORY:

“Basses have become a more frequent order over the years, and it’s been fun steadily expanding the features and designs that we offer. Whether you’re a legit bassist, or a guitarist who needs that one solid bass, we’re happy to make you something special.”

QUICK SPECS:

Sully basses are bolt on and are available in 34” or 32” scale length. Hipshot hardware is standard, and P, J, and soapbar pickups are available from brands like Seymour Duncan and EMG. The current bass shapes include 624, Raven, and Stardust.

USA Small Batch Models

The 622 is a Sully Guitars USA Small Batch model. These are made available in limited runs with more fixed specifications, so as to offer a price that sits between our Custom Series and Conspiracy Series models, while still being built by yours truly right here in Texas. Besides the good price and limited edition nature, these small batches are fun opportunities to try out special designs. Join our mailing list to hear about new runs first!


622™

THE STORY:

“The USA Small Batch 622™ model is designed to combine an over-the-shoulder nod to the past with modern performance updates. A familiar and inspiring guitar that gets out of your way so you can play your best.”

QUICK SPECS:

The 622 is a contoured heel bolt on model with 22 frets, spoke wheel truss rod adjustment and a non-recessed Gotoh 510 2-point tremolo. Variants include the Floyd Rose-equipped 622FR and direct mount pickup 622NPG. Further specs depend on the specific limited run.

FOR FANS OF:

Fret access, chime, wearing one pair of jeans for 6-8 years, tonal balance across strings.

Sully Guitars proudly produces our high quality production Conspiracy Series™ instruments with our manufacturing partners in South Korea. Launched in 2018 to bring Sully Guitars designs and playability to a lower price point with consistent production specs, every Conspiracy Series guitar is built to high quality standards with premium components by our partners in South Korea - then shipped to Sully HQ for inspection and setup by the USA Custom Shop. These aren’t just a way to make Sully instruments accessible to everyone - they allow us to release batches of exciting high quality instruments with focused specifications that show the world what Sully is about.
